Real Estate Classifieds advertising

You might as well hit as many bases as you can. If you are selling anything, advertising in a persistent, clear, concise manner is what it's always been about. It's just that today, there are literally countless places to do this. You can take advantage like never before, realizing that you will have tons of competition Real Estate Classifieds. But, you have to actively pursue it depending upon how badly you want, or need, to sell your home.

The nice thing is, once your ads are in place, they can remain on a Real Estate Classifieds advertising site for a long time, depending on the terms of any given site. Some, like the company I consult for, will let you leave your ads up forever, allowing you to edit them as often as you like. As a former marketing executive for a popular classified ad website, I was often faced with the question "how do free classified sites make money?" My response to them was always the same, it is summed up in one word; Traffic.

Free Real Estate Classifieds or services generate traffic and traffic equals money. The more traffic that a site can attract, the more money advertisers are willing to pay to receive some of the attention that is generated by that site. Craigslist.com for instance generates well over 100 million views per month. Even though Craigslist.com doesn't allow commercial advertisers to promote banner ads on their site, they do charge a fee for certain options in certain categories. So, which classified ad sites should you use? Well, there are too many to count.
